Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to support our growing business. This is a customer-facing role on the retail floor, with additional responsibilities in the warehouse and online order fulfilment. You’ll be helping customers find the right products for their pets, maintaining an organised and welcoming store, and assisting with stock management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide excellent customer service in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist customers with queries and product recommendations
  • Process sales transactions and operate the till
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
  • Restock shelves and ensure correct stock rotation
  • Maintain store presentation by facing off shelves and managing signage, pricing, and labelling
  • Support in cleaning and maintaining retail and staff areas to ensure a safe, tidy environment
  • Assist with stock handling and movement within the store/warehouse
