Join the Flo & Frankie Head Office team in Parnell as our eCommerce Assistant and help bring our online store to life!
We’re looking for a detail-driven, organised, and tech-savvy superstar to support our eCommerce Manager and Software Engineer across website updates, product merchandising, email marketing flows, reporting, and customer care coordination.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Customer Care, Warehouse, and B2B teams to keep our site accurate, engaging, and running smoothly - helping deliver the seamless online experience our customers love.

Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain website content, product listings, banners, and images.
  • Assist with online campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Support email marketing flows, customer segmentation, and discount code uploads.
  • Perform site quality checks, monitor functionality, and help resolve any issues.
  • Tag products, refresh online merchandising, and perform basic image editing.
  • Pull reports of online sales, traffic, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Care, Warehouse, and B2B teams to ensure smooth operations.
