This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and commercially minded Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering digital and eCommerce projects across the business.

You'll work closely with our eCommerce Project Manager and Delivery Team to understand business needs, define solutions and support projects from requirements gathering through to testing and implementation.

What you'll do

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and discussions to understand business needs and opportunities
  • Analyse current and future state processes and identify gaps and improvements
  • Develop business cases, user stories, functional and technical requirements
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define and agree on solutions
  • Support requirements traceability, solution acceptance and benefits realisation
  • Provide business analysis support throughout the testing process
  • Develop and support UAT and SAT plans, including testing and sign-off criteria
  • Create clear documentation and support the development of end-user materials
  • Build strong relationships across the business and with external technology partners

What we're looking for

You'll bring 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role, with strong experience working across eCommerce and digital projects, ideally within a retail environment.

You're:

  • Experienced in gathering and translating business requirements into practical solutions
  • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledgeable in eCommerce platforms, website integrations and backend operational processes
  • Familiar with ERP integrations, applications and plugin solutions
  • Highly organised with strong documentation and process management skills
  • Experienced in supporting testing, UAT and project delivery
  • A confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-focused, proactive and solutions oriented
