We are looking for an eCommerce Business Manager to join our eCommerce UK Trading team! Located from the Next Head Office in Enderby, with a competitive salary range and alongside great benefits!   About The Role The UK Trading team fuels UK growth by optimising online product sales on Next.co.uk across Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear and Home. They drive exciting product launches and strategic promotions to maximise sales and brand visibility.  As the eCommerce Business Manager for Brands, you will take the lead as the key contact within the NEXT eCommerce department, acting as the vital link between our product teams and the digital marketplace. This isn't just about oversight; you will run your assigned Fashion Brands as a distinct business unit, driving the strategy across trading, marketing and every digital touch point. Leveraging your commercial insight and product expertise, you will set the vision to optimise performance and take our brand sales to the next level What You’ll Be Doing * Conversion & AOV Growth:  * Direct the continuous optimisation of Product Detail Pages (PDPs). Implement data backed tactics to increase conversion rates and strategically stretch Average Order Value (AOV). * Data Driven Trading:  * Analyse the end to end sales funnel to identify friction points. Translate digital insights into actionable trading initiatives that improve commercial yield and operational efficiency. * Search & Navigation Optimisation:  * Oversee the optimisation of search terms, redirects, and synonyms to optimise discoverability, and enhance attribution to drive high-intent traffic to Product Detail Pages. * Strategic Stakeholder Management:  * Deepen partnerships with internal Product Teams to understand key product moments to amplify across marketing. Confidently present performance metrics and profit-focused priorities to Senior Management. * Trend & Innovation Leadership:  * Ensure the digital storefront reflects macro fashion trends and seasonal shifts. Drive onsite innovation and owned-media marketing to maintain a competitive market position. * Team Development:  * Lead and mentor a high-performing team of eCommerce Traders, fostering a culture of professional excellence and driving personal development to meet collective sales targets. What You’ll Bring * Experience working as a Trading Manager / Senior Trading Manager, within eCommerce or Retail. * Strong understanding of analytics, user behaviour and eCommerce trends * Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams and managing relationships with third-party platforms and vendors. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement data driven strategies. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms and analytics tools. * A passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience and a customer centric mindset.
