Universal Music Australia is seeking an eCommerce Campaign Manager to support our Direct-to-Consumer team in delivering best-in-class online campaigns and fan experiences across our artist stores. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of music, digital retail, and fan engagement – managing artist campaigns end-to-end while helping optimise storefront performance, drive conversion, and maximise sales opportunities across Universal Music Australia’s eCommerce ecosystem. About the role: Manage end-to-end eCommerce campaigns including product setup, merchandising, and store launches Work closely with labels to coordinate campaign requirements and ensure successful execution Monitor sales and site performance, identifying opportunities to optimise conversion and store experience Merchandise and manage storefronts across UMG-owned artist stores Support cross-functional campaigns including promotions, competitions, and marketing activations Assist with campaign reporting, store optimisation, and ongoing site improvements Support inventory processes and artist promotional orders as required We are looking for a candidate who is able to be flexible with working hours, including a weekly requirement for flexible hours outside of the typical 9-5 schedule to support key release moments. About You: You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You are a strong team player with excellent time management skills, a flexible and proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously while working both independently and collaboratively.
