Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, social media content creation, or a related role.
  • Proven experience creating and editing video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or paid social ads.
  • Familiarity with Shopify store management and basic page-building tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and what drives sales.
  • Comfortable being on camera and filming content – a major plus.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Keen eye for creative quality, storytelling, and brand consistency.
  • Comfortable sourcing and managing influencers/UGC creators.
  • Bonus: Experience with basic animation/motion graphics.

THE ROLE

At Intelligent Change, we create products that help people live better every day — and we’re looking for a creative, self-starting E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to help us share that mission in a big way. In this role, you’ll make a real impact, bring campaigns to life, and drive sales growth while working with a mindful, purpose-driven team.
In this role, you’ll support the execution of our full marketing activities – from campaign launches and landing page updates to sourcing and editing video content for ads and organic channels. You’ll work closely with the Head of E-commerce to bring campaigns to life, ensuring every promotion, product launch, and evergreen creative asset is delivered on time and to a high standard, while also learning and supporting a variety of ad-hoc e-commerce projects along the way.
If you’re a self-starter who loves to learn and grow, can keep a marketing calendar humming, and has a knack for creating engaging video content – this role is for you.
