Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Global Ecommerce Content Manager provides an exciting opportunity to work on the global acceleration and enhancement of ghdhair.com onsite customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX). The Global Ecommerce Content Manager will be responsible for executing all content across ghdhair.com globally, including all product launches, campaigns and promotions.
The Global Ecommerce Content Manager will also be responsible for working closely with the brand manager, studio team, product owner and SEO agency to elevate all the content across ghdhair.com.
This position is a 12-Month FTC.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the execution of all content across ghdhair.com, including product launches, brand campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Drive the ghdhair.com global content strategy, ensuring full alignment with key stakeholders throughout, to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Work cross functionally with the global brand and studio team to enhance website design and functionality, championing a premium user experience at all times.
  • Work with the Global Ecommerce Trading Manager to develop and implement UX onsite changes that drive performance, increase conversion and other digital KPI’s.
  • Create and deploy detailed guidance documentation for new product launches and campaigns, and present back to local markets for their understanding.
  • Control and manage the allocation of all content requirements for the international markets.
