Te Tūranga – About the role As our eCommerce Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of world-class online shopping experiences across our store network! Working closely with the Head of eCommerce and wider team, you’ll coordinate operational activities, support project delivery, and help bring innovative eCommerce initiatives to life. This is a highly varied role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ngā kawenga – What you’ll be responsible for Providing high-quality coordination and administrative support to the eCommerce team Supporting the Head of eCommerce and leadership team with diary management, travel, and ad hoc tasks Assisting with project delivery, tracking progress, and identifying solutions to operational challenges Maintaining team reporting, tools, and documentation Coordinating team planning activities, events, and operational resources Managing financial admin tasks including raising purchase orders and liaising with Finance Conducting research and analysis to support eCommerce initiatives and innovation Supporting store onboarding, online launches, and refurbishment projects Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working He kōrero mōu – About you You’re a proactive, highly organised professional who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while contributing to bigger-picture outcomes.
