Description Summary: The e-commerce coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving e-commerce sales and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, customer service excellence, and e-commerce expertise to optimize online revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently. Process reports and invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Work closely with the customer support team for exchanges and schedule in-home service. Detect potentially fraudulent online purchases. Handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Actively seek resolutions to customer issues with resourcefulness and creativity. Other duties/projects as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This role primarily operates in an office environment. Requirements Physical Demands: The employee may be required to sit for extended periods and perform tasks on the computer. Occasional standing, walking, lifting, and bending may be necessary. Qualifications needed to perform this position: Exceptional listening, interpersonal skills, and problem resolution. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Moderate proficiency in computer operations, encompassing efficient typing skills and adept navigation of operating systems. The ability to work some irregular hours, when needed. Ecommerce can be unpredictable including weekends, holidays, and off-hour availability is required for this position. Good verbal and written comprehension, with the ability to receive and follow instructions. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, with hours scheduled based on the needs of the business.
