ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our growing online team as an Ecommerce Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in optimising the online customer experience and driving commercial outcomes across your assigned categories. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for ecommerce, data-driven decision making, and digital merchandising.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Trade Manager, you’ll be responsible for enhancing the online merchandising and navigation of specific product categories, ensuring customers can easily discover and purchase what they need. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Merchandise, Marketing, Content, Brand, and Digital, and external partners such as Algolia and Algonomy.
