Under the leadership of the eCommerce Manager, the eCommerce Coordinator will manage and optimize the online sales channel of our business and will be responsible for overseeing website performance, ensuring products are accurately listed, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing sales data to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and skilled in eCommerce & reporting platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating the eCommerce website, including product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
  • Ensuring website content is accurate, visually appealing, and SEO-optimized.
  • Collaborating with designers and developers to enhance user experience and troubleshoot issues.
  • Uploading new products, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
  • Optimizing product pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Tracking website performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Generating weekly/monthly reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards to assess user behavior.
  • Ensuring a seamless purchasing process by monitoring the checkout experience.
  • Collecting customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintaining our catalogue for reviews.
  • Managing and optimizing eCommerce platform.
  • Integrating and utilizing third-party tools to improve functionality and sales.
  • Assuming all other related responsibilities as required by the business.
