Description Lansinoh is looking for a proactive, results-driven eCommerce Coordinator with 2–3 years of eCommerce or digital marketing experience to support and enhance our growing online retail presence. The eCommerce Coordinator will own the day-to-day management and performance of key online retail channels including Walmart and Target online platforms, as well as other retail media platforms. This role is responsible for driving digital shelf excellence, executing promotional strategies, and coordinating retail media initiatives to drive traffic, conversion and revenue across key channels. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Own end-to-end management of Walmart.com (1P or 3P) and Target.com and Amazon.ca Ensure digital shelf excellence, including item setup, content quality, taxonomy, attributes, and ongoing maintenance Manage item setup, content updates and optimizations through third party partners and agencies Plan and execute promotional strategies across Amazon CA, Walmart, and Target, including key tentpole events such as Baby Month and other seasonal initiatives Coordinate, execute, and optimize retail media programs, including AMS, Walmart Connect, and Roundel, including performance tracking and post-campaign learnings Monitor and report on KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, availability, and content compliance Identify and implement platform-specific best practices to drive efficiency, visibility, and performance improvements Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure seamless execution across channels Deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership with clear action-oriented recommendations Required Skills and Abilities Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Walmart Seller Center or 1P systems and Target digital operations Familiarity with retail media platforms (Walmart Connect and Roundel) Strong understanding of digital shelf fundamentals, content optimization and promotional execution Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and executional rigor Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills Education/Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree required Years of experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon, Walmart.com and/or Target.com eCommerce platforms Experience working with and managing agency and/or third-party partners Prior experience within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) company Exposure to Amazon best practices and platform standards preferred What We Are About For over 40 years, new mothers have trusted Lansinoh® to support and care for them while they enter the messy magic of motherhood.
