JOB OPPORTUNITY: CUSTOMER SERVICE & ECOMMERCE PICKER PACKER (FULL-TIME)

Location: Athlone Store, N37 E763
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Daytime Hours
Hours: 40 hours per week

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic setting
  • Comfortable working under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy (email, order management systems, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Heavins.ie products (training will be provided)

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a split role where you will spend approximately:

  • 50% of your time in Customer Service
  • 50% of your time as a Picker/Packer in the warehouse

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES (50%)

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Providing product information, resolving issues, and processing returns
  • Ensuring a friendly and professional experience for every customer
  • Logging and following up on customer queries using internal systems
  • Working closely with ecommerce and warehouse teams to resolve order-related queries

PICKER PACKER RESPONSIBILITIES (50%)

  • Picking and packing ecommerce orders accurately for distribution
  • Unpacking pallets and preparing stock for the fulfillment area
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Maintaining clean, safe, and organised work areas
  • Meeting daily productivity and quality targets
