E-commerce DTC Manager - AESOP
I am the E-COMMERCE DTC MANAGER I am responsible for the overall strategic development, operational management, and commercial performance of Aesop’s direct-to-consumer online channels. This role focuses on driving sales, enhancing the customer experience, and building strong brand loyalty through our digital platforms. I will oversee all aspects of the DTC e-commerce business, from website functionality and digital marketing to fulfilment and customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging consumer journey that aligns with Aesop brand vision and business objectives.
