• Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to boost online sales and grow our customer base.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and stock levels across platforms like Magento, Sage 200 ERP, and Plytix PIM.
• Analyse sales data to spot trends and find new growth opportunities.
• Work with the team to design web pages and digital assets.
• Partner with our marketing team on digital marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with third-party service providers.
• Continuously optimise the website for better performance and user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and find ways to innovate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any eCommerce site-related issues.
• Build relationships with key eCommerce partners and vendors.
• Keep an eye on competitors and provide strategic insights to keep us ahead.
• Train and support team members on eCommerce tools and processes.
