JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive/Coordinator to manage and support our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and other ecommerce marketplaces. Key responsibilities include order processing, listing optimization, content creation, and adapting to new marketplace operations as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon, Noon, and other online marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce order processing, listing optimization, and content management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce tools and platforms is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • Experience with ecommerce analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations across Amazon, Noon, and other ecommerce platforms.
  • Process and track customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Create, update, and enhance product content including titles, descriptions, and images.
  • Monitor marketplace metrics and performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, inventory, logistics) to ensure seamless ecommerce operations.
  • Stay updated with marketplace guidelines, trends, and best practices.
  • Be flexible and willing to learn and adapt to new marketplaces and ecommerce technologies.
