Now, we’re hiring our first Nigeria-based team member: a powerhouse Founding Country Operator who can launch and scale operations on the ground. What You’ll Do

As our GM for Nigeria, you’ll be the engine of our launch. You’ll:

• Lead vendor onboarding (beauty brands, salons, distributors)
• Coordinate fulfillment and last-mile logistics (Lagos/Abuja)
• Set up local operations, payments, and CX
• Drive growth through influencer tests, salons, and WhatsApp marketing
• Navigate NAFDAC and basic regulatory needs
• Help build and lead our Nigerian team

Who We’re Looking For

You’ve got the hustle of a founder and the execution of an operator.

• Experience in ecommerce, logistics, marketplaces, or FMCG
• Previously at Jumia, Konga, Flutterwave, TradeDepot, Paystack, etc.
• Strong Lagos/Abuja networks (vendors, logistics, compliance)
• Independent, resourceful, and fast-moving
• Passionate about health & beauty, Africa, and building something iconic
