JOB DESCRIPTION

• Picking and Packing products for customers’ online orders
• Processing online orders promptly and accurately, for timely fulfilment and pick up by our logistic partners
• Update customers on their parcel shipping status
• Stock taking and manage inventories
• Follow policies and procedures to determine appropriate substitutions in the event items are out-of-stock
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the store
• Other duties and functions as assigned
• Prior Ecommerce Warehousing experience preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Physical duties required
• Proficient with Microsoft office
• Positive attitude, organised and can work independently
