Job Description E-Commerce Intern We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and customer support. Key Responsibilities Assist in responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms Support handling of order-related concerns such as returns, refunds, cancellations, and delivery follow-ups Help customers with basic product information and order tracking Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to help resolve order and delivery issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Monitor customer feedback and reviews across e-commerce platforms Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed Qualifications Open to students (internship/OJT) or fresh graduates, preferably in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related fields Strong interest in e-commerce and online customer support Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify is an advantage Good written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented Basic computer skills and internet navigation required Ability to work both independently and in a team Nice to Have Exposure to customer service tools (e.g., CRM or helpdesk platforms) Knowledge of order fulfillment and inventory processes Experience in social media or online selling platforms Additional Information Internship Details Allowance (if applicable) Hands-on training and mentorship Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance Friendly and collaborative work environment
