Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce & Live Stream Assistant to support daily ecommerce operations and live streaming across multiple platforms and brands. This role is ideal for someone who is independent, organised, and passionate about ecommerce, digital content, and sales performance. You will manage marketplace accounts, coordinate promotions, execute livestream sessions, and analyse data to drive growth and customer engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of ecommerce experience across multiple platforms
  • Strong knowledge of platform tools, trends, and updates
  • Experience in live streaming or video commerce is a plus
  • Analytical, organised, and skilled in multitasking
  • Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics
  • Good communication skills and a strong sense of initiative
Responsibilities
  • ECOMMERCE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENTManage and optimise online store accounts (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon)Stay updated with platform tools, policies, and promotionsLiaise with platform reps and resolve issues promptlyEnsure accurate listings, pricing, and promotional compliance
