As a purpose-led, performance-driven organisation, Blackmores Group strives to create remarkable employee experiences through supporting a diverse and inclusive culture, creating leadership that inspires high performance, and providing everyone with opportunities to achieve their professional, personal and wellbeing goals supported by our flexible work practices and family friendly policies Purpose of role: This role will be focused on the JD Channel, including monitor and tracking the JD business target / KPI achievement, by driving the sales performance, develop, implement and execute the strategy or activities, to achieve the commercial goals Responsibilities include: •Responsible for the sales target and business development for JDchannels including but not limited in Self-RUN and POP •Develop business plan to breakdown the sales target and define the action plan to achieve the target. •Consolidate the business model and operation process to improve the efficiency internally and optimize the commercial policy to expand the market size externally. •Consolidate data including distribution channels/inventory/sell in/sell out/sell out price. •Maintain customer relationship and develop new customers. •Make rolling 12 month by SKU sales forecast and update the channel inventory monthly to review the and dig out the opportunities and the value of the E-distribution channel. •Cooperate with internal teams to follow up the PO process and finance relevant issues. Who are you? •At least 5 years working experience in the FMCG sales function is must. •Experience in JDchannel or 0~1 business is preferred. •Initiative and can-do attitude with independent thinking capability. •Problem solver and willing to take the challenges. •Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy levels and possess a strong service-oriented mindset •Fluent in Chinese and English both verbal and written •Ability to work in a matrix environment, influencing culture •Have enthusiasm to learn or deep dive into distribution business. •Good at social or establishing interpersonal relationship Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
