Job Title: Ecommerce Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 base, plus excellent benefits
Location: Leander, TX (onsite)
As Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our web development strategies, online user experience and interface, and enhancing the overall customer experience. EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the development and management of an ecommerce website
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, etc
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like BigCommerce or Shopify.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and SQL is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Strategize, optimize, and manage website functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Manage content creation, including images, renders, videos, and alternate visualization elements
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and IT to ensure alignment of ecommerce initiatives
  • Manage inventory levels, product listings, pricing, and promotions on our website
