ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A solid, demonstrated eCommerce trading background, managing high-profile platforms and increasing sales and performance
  • In-depth knowledge of major platforms, such as Salesforce, Magento or Shopify, as well as Google Analytics
  • A background in presenting in Trade Meetings to key Senior stakeholders would be super advantageous
  • Demonstrated track record in increasing YoY performance, CRV, Traffic & online sales
  • The ability to work cross functionally across Digital, CRM, Marketing, Product & Retail, to define a strong brand identity and customer experience
  • Expertise in functionality enhancements & building out solid CRO strategies
  • A highly data-driven approach, identifying & presenting key insights and trends to shape decision making
  • Prior experience in Apparel or wider Consumer Retail would be very highly regarded
Responsibilities

Take end to end ownership of all eCommerce trading, CRO strategy development, web optimisation & online merchandising for one of the biggest Retailers in Australia.
Working directly alongside the Head of eCommerce, wider Digital Marketing & CRM teams, as well as Brand, Creative, Graphics & Retail teams, to drive a solid omnichannel customer experience. Be part of new site builds & growth projects, expanding the brand both locally & internationally.
