More about the role This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an eCommerce Manager Netherlands in the European eCommerce team based in Eindhoven with Signify. In this role, you will be a driving force in the European eCommerce team, pushing innovation and execution across the Benelux Trade teams to deliver top-class Digital Sales programs across leading Wholesaler Webshops. Partner with Benelux Trade teams to deliver top‑class Digital Sales programs across leading Wholesaler Webshops. Own the Benelux Digital Sales P&L, setting clear priorities and steering the business toward ambitious growth targets. Deep understanding of the installer journey, including findability, PDQ, PDP attractiveness and any other element influencing installer decision making. Lead bold eCommerce and Digital Marketing strategies to strengthen online presence and accelerate performance—especially in B2B wholesaler channels. Design, launch, and optimize high‑impact digital programs that boost sales and improve the online buying experience. Build strong governance and smart ways of working, creating scalable processes to win consistently in B2B eCommerce. Use data and analytics to spot growth opportunities, define products to be promoted, sharpen campaigns, and improve channel performance. Drive a test‑and‑learn culture, working with partners to improve the installer journey, conversion rates, ROI, and customer satisfaction. Champion customer‑centricity, using data, feedback loops, and personalization to elevate engagement. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, IT, legal, privacy, and brand teams to ensure perfect alignment and seamless execution. Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI and deliver strong business impact. More about you While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening: 5+ years of working experience running e-commerce activities and marketplaces, Webshops, and collaborating very closely with customers and KAMs in B2B or/and B2C environments. A university degree in Marketing / Business Administration would be ideal. Certain experience in digital marketing campaigns would be appreciated. Solid understanding of B2B, go-to-market models and business dynamics. Fluent (native) in Dutch is required, as well as English (spoken & written). Effective communication and negotiation/convincing skills with colleagues as well as senior leadership. Ability to work and to collaborate with remote teams based in other countries. Customer first and Sales mindset with high agility to adapt to evolving customer and business needs is required.
