Based in Burlington, we are seeking an Ecommerce / Marketing Associate to manage our online presence and contribute to our marketing and sales strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Do you have a passion for electric bikes, scooters, and unicycles? Are you excited about the evolving personal electric transportation industry within the eCommerce field? If so, this role is for you!
As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will oversee our multiple online platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, managing website development, monitoring online pricing, and integrating with various systems. Your role will involve data entry, inventory updates, and managing product listings on major marketplaces. This is a key position within our company, ideal for someone looking to build a career in eCommerce and marketing and grow into a management role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, Square Space and similar platforms is an asset (specific training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO, and eCommerce channels.
  • Experience with third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and Best Buy preferred.
  • Skills in designing banners, creatives, and infographics.
  • Proficiency in image optimization, cropping, and resizing.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs, business analytics, and web analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently or as part of a team with strong organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working with consumers in an online environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • A college diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Perform periodic website maintenance, optimize images, upload product images, write or research product descriptions, and create banners and other creatives to enhance user experience.
  • Marketing Strategies: Assist with marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and work with SEO companies to drive traffic to our website.
  • Competitor Analysis: Compile weekly competitor pricing reports.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct routine quality checks on website performance, troubleshoot issues, and fix inconsistencies while collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Online Ratings and Reviews: Continuously monitor and manage online ratings, reviews, and responses across all platforms.
  • Social Media Content Creation & Management: Develop and curate creative, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms; manage a content calendar, monitor trends, analyze engagement metrics, and interact with followers to build an active and engaged online community.
  • Email Marketing: Assist with periodic email blasts and collaborate with the Marketing Lead on ideas and promotions.
