POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Ecommerce & Marketing Assistant to support our online sales channels and marketing initiatives. You will manage customer inquiries, verify orders, create engaging Instagram content, update product listings on Amazon and WooCommerce, manage email marketing campaigns via Zoho, and provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or customer service
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Zoho Email Marketing, and Instagram
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Based in Los Angeles area for occasional in-person training if needed
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Verify and process customer orders accurately
  • Create and schedule regular Instagram posts to promote products
  • Update and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and WooCommerce
  • Create and send targeted email marketing campaigns
  • Provide customer service to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
