The role As Ecommerce Marketing Lead at 7-Eleven you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness across all ecommerce channels, 7-Eleven owned channels as well as partner marketplaces (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Menu Log). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, optimize product listings, and analyze customer behaviour to inform marketing decisions. Your role will include collaborating with multiple stakeholders and partners to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s goals. If you have a passion for e-commerce and want the opportunity to work in a fast growth channel with significant momentum, we want to hear from you Your responsibilities Manage the digital marketing strategy and budget to deliver and accelerate ecommerce growth all channels (app, app, third-party marketplaces), optimising investment ROI and improving customer satisfaction and reach Maximise growth, reach and performance of ecommerce across channels by partnering with Digital Product teams, Delivery Partners and Operations teams by focusing on customer journey including offers, merchandising, personalisation, and order success and customer satisfaction Collaborate with Buyers and Marketing to align digital merchandising, pricing, promotions, and content with launch plans and brand guidelines and execute seamless cross channel trading plan right for Insights and data driven experimentation driving continual improvement and driving excellence key metrics, insights, innovation and technology and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions. Track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize marketing spend. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all marketing activities and deliver the 7-Eleven brand and offer consistently across digital channels driving best practice and operational excellence About you Extensive experience in ecommerce marketing Expertise in mobile and growth across multiple channels Ability to manage large budgets effectively Proven success in CRO optimization Analytical and data-driven mindset Strong project management skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Knowledge of industry trends and best practices Understanding of customer behaviour and psychology Why Join Us?
