Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that drive online sales and enhance the digital presence of our multiple ecommerce sites. Brand Addition has approximately 100 websites deployed for Fortune 1000 clients across Europe, the UK, Asia and the United States. This role involves overseeing all aspects of ecommerce marketing for both our B2B and B2C customers, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content creation, user experience enhancements, and analytics. The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals and objectives. This role will focus on our ecommerce sites utilizing the Adobe Commerce platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Website Content and Marketing Management: Oversee the daily content and marketing operations of 100 ecommerce websites on the Adobe Commerce platform, include all banners, categorization alignment, and premium product pages (images, copy, video).
  • Marketing Campaigns: Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and ultimately sales conversion. Collaborate with the marketing and customer teams to create targeted campaigns that align with client brand engagement goals.
  • Data Analytics: Working with the wider team on data analytics to support driving emerging marketing strategies and validation for ROI on current or historical campaigns. Ensure marketing plans are built on a data first approach.
  • User Experience (UX): In partnership with the development team, focus on strategies of proven results to scope out improvements for the wider ecommerce platform. Ensure a seamless and intuitive shopping experience for both B2B and B2C customers, with the targeted goal of increasing conversion rates across our ecommerce sites.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key Brand Addition clients, providing regular updates and insights on website performance and marketing initiatives. Address client concerns and implement feedback to meet their evolving needs. This would be in partnership with the Ecommerce Manager.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce marketing and content specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

    Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce marketing management, specifically Adobe Commerce, and ideally within the promotional products industry or demonstration of running multiple transactional ecommerce sites.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and conversion rates.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to translate data into actionable intelligence to support changes to ecommerce marketing and improved customer UX.
  • Expertise in best practices to drive increased conversion rates in an ecommerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
  • Experience with Adobe Commerce platform is required.
