We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Ecommerce Marketplace Executive to oversee and grow our presence across major Asian e-commerce platforms, with a primary focus on Shopee. Unlike a traditional listing manager, this is a "big picture" role. You will own the entire marketplace ecosystem, driving end-to-end strategy, operational excellence, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the nuances of the Southeast Asian digital landscape and can scale our brand presence to a higher level. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Ownership: Lead the end-to-end management of the Shopee storefront, including product launches, SEO and listing image optimizations, inventory planning, and promotional calendars. Strategic Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market share and optimize ROI across Asian online marketplaces. Performance Marketing: Manage on-platform advertising (Shopee Ads), participate in major regional campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12) and any smaller promotion periods. Operational Excellence: Monitor account health, seller ratings, and customer service standards to ensure a premium brand experience. Cross-Border Expansion: Evaluate and potentially lead expansion into broader North Asian channels, including JD Worldwide and Tmall. Data Analysis: Use marketplace analytics to provide actionable insights on sales trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior. Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Shopee Key Account Managers (KAMs) to secure slot placements, banner features, and co-marketing opportunities. Qualifications Shopee Specialist: Proven track record of managing and scaling brands on the Shopee platform. Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Malaysia and broader Asia. Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to facilitate communication with regional partners and vendors. North Asia Experience: Prior experience with JD Worldwide or China Tmall is a significant advantage.
