Description
ABOUT US Bleacher Athletic is the sports division of Cotton On Group, creating licensed apparel and fanwear across the AFL, AFLW and NRL. Alongside this, we are the team behind Upstate Sport - a fast-growing women’s activewear brand born in the studio and built for real life. Designed to move seamlessly from workout to everyday wear, Upstate Sport blends performance, style and community. With exciting growth plans ahead, this is an opportunity to join the brand at a pivotal stage and help shape what’s next.   ABOUT THE ROLE   Upstate Sport is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to drive online trade performance and take our high-growth brand to the next level. This is a commercially focused role where you’ll own the day-to-day performance of our ecommerce site and third-party channels — turning data into clear actions that drive sales, improve conversion and optimise the customer experience. You’ll manage the end-to-end product lifecycle across the website, from product shoots, setup and launch, merchandising and ongoing optimisation. With a strong trading mindset, you’ll monitor performance across categories, identify opportunities and make adjustments to maximise revenue and margin. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce generalist who thrives on data, insights and digital performance. If you are someone who’s passionate about delivering results that directly impact online trade, then this could be your new role!   SKILLS & EXPERIENCE   * Demonstrated experience in an ecommerce role, ideally within fashion or retail * Strong analytical capability, with proven experience in ecommerce reporting, forecasting and performance analysis across products, categories and customer behaviour * Hands-on experience with Shopify, including product setup, collections, merchandising and site management * Experience in website optimisation, including user experience, navigation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and search engine optimisation (SEO) * Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate data into actionable recommendations to achieve sales targets and business objectives * Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment * Confident communicator, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders as well as manage customer enquiries * Passion for ecommerce, retail and the activewear/lifestyle space * Interest in and exposure to digital channels and ecosystems, with an understanding of how traffic and campaigns convert onsite   OUR CULTURE   We love big ideas and rolling up our sleeves to get the job done. We work hard – and together, we do great stuff. We’ve created an environment that thrives on creativity and self-expression, an environment we love showing up to. Every day.   Right from the get-go, our team have been like great mates to us – and you look after your mates, always. So, we care for our people at work and at home; 24/7. We’re all about supporting and empowering them to be the healthiest versions of themselves.   BENEFITS     * Competitive salary   * Flexible working options & people-first leave initiatives   * Access to our world-class Support Centre, with an in-house restaurant & state-of-the-art wellness centre featuring free gym & holistic health services   * Subsidised onsite childcare centre   * 50% off our Brands | Cotton On, Cotton On Body, Cotton On Kids, Rubi Shoes, Typo, Factorie & Supre   * 24/7 Wellness support – mental health, relationships, family + more   * Local & Global career growth   * Discounts for you & your family – medical, travel, financial + more   * Performance & Peak incentives to reward + recognise our team   * Returnity - Paid program for new parents heading back to work   * Bring your dog to work   * Recognition, team connection moments & more!     We are proud of our diverse global workforce of 20,000 team members from countless nationalities, and we strongly welcome and encourage individuals of all backgrounds to apply with us.   We are focused on bringing more voices, experiences and backgrounds to our workforce as we drive diverse and inclusive outcomes for our team and our customers.   If you have any individual needs in order to fully participate in the recruitment process, please contact us at recruitment@cottonon.com.au so we may support you in completing the job application process.
