The Black Stuff is a fast-growing men’s soap and grooming brand, handmade in Ireland using only natural ingredients. We’re building something bold and different and we need a sharp, highly organised Operations Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to support our Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of our supply chain and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, thrives on problem-solving, and has strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with purchasing and managing stock of raw materials and packaging
• Help with planning and forecasting to ensure smooth production flow
• Coordinate logistics and deliveries with suppliers and shipping partners
• Support customer service when required (emails, order issues, tracking info)
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and other tracking tools
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to improve efficiency and processes
