REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce operations.
• Strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and other ecommerce platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with ecommerce tools and dashboards for tracking performance.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Product Listings:
• Implement best practices for high-quality, SEO-friendly product listings.
• Ensure fast and efficient listing across platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
• Pricing & Margins:
• Analyze costs and market trends to determine optimal sales prices.
• Maintain healthy profit margins across product categories.
• Customer Support Coordination:
• Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution with the customer support team.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Shipping & Delivery Follow-Up:
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Track deliveries and resolve any shipment issues proactively.
• Sales Performance & Growth:
• Boost product visibility and sales across multiple platforms.
• Plan and execute campaigns and promotions to drive conversions.
