We’re looking for a detail-driven, commercially minded E-Commerce Operations Manager to take charge of our day-to-day operations and help scale our online retail business. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, from order processing and fulfilment to returns and customer service workflows
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners, couriers, and suppliers
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure operational readiness for launches, campaigns, and promotions
• Monitor and optimise inventory, forecasting, and stock accuracy across platforms
• Lead and refine systems for improved efficiency, including automation tools and process improvements
• Track KPIs and performance data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for growth
• Ensure our customers have a seamless experience, from click to delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or fulfilment
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is essential
• Strong understanding of order management systems, warehousing, and inventory control
• Confident working with Magento or similar e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with Orderwise would be a big plus, but not essential
• Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable using data to make decisions
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• A natural problem-solver who loves efficiency and process improvement
• Bonus: familiarity with international shipping, VAT/duties, and returns
