About Living in a Bubble We’re a fast-growing global ecommerce brand in the campervan and outdoor space, selling across Australia, the USA, Canada, and Germany. As we enter our next stage of growth, we are preparing for a major systems upgrade: the implementation of a unified Inventory Management System (IMS) to support multi-region operations at scale. To lead this transformation, we are hiring an Ecommerce Operations & Supply Manager who brings strong experience in international supply chain + systems implementation. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on the company’s next stage of growth. Role Overview We are looking for a Manager, not an operator. This role leads the global supply chain & operations function while overseeing the rollout of a new IMS that will become the backbone of our entire business. You will: Lead system design (not execute repetitive tasks) Oversee the Supply and Operations team Standardize global workflows across AU & US Build operational clarity, accuracy, and scalability This is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in system-building, process improvements, and leading multi-region operations. Key Responsibilities IMS Implementation (Primary Focus) Evaluate IMS platforms and recommend the best solution Lead implementation from discovery → configuration → rollout Integrate IMS with ecommerce, marketplaces, accounting, forecasting, and warehouse systems Build standardized, scalable workflows across all regions Supply Chain & Inventory Leadership Oversee forecasting, replenishment, and supplier management (team executes) Ensure accurate inventory levels across AU & US Build predictable inbound/outbound processes Improve stock accuracy, reduce stockouts, and strengthen visibility Operational Excellence Eliminate inefficiencies and reduce manual work Standardize SOPs and operational frameworks Build reporting dashboards with real-time performance metrics Drive continuous improvement across supply chain & operations Team Leadership Lead and develop the Ops & Supply team Oversee the future Automation Engineer supporting system integrations Ensure strong cross-functional alignment (Finance, Marketing, Product) Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience in international supply chain management Hands-on experience with IMS / ERP / OMS systems Experience leading a full system implementation or migration Strong understanding of multi-warehouse ecommerce operations Ability to design and document operational workflows Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Comfortable coordinating across operations, supply, finance, and 3PL teams Nice-to-Have Experience with advanced IMS tools such as Cin7, DEAR, Brightpearl, Unleashed, Odoo, etc. Background in process improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) Experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n) Experience in AU/US ecommerce markets Fully remote role High-impact leadership position with direct influence on company direction Opportunity to lead the implementation of a mission-critical IMS Clear growth path to Head of Operations Collaborative, supportive remote team culture Regular performance reviews and growth opportunities Competitive compensation package Annual leave + sick leave + seasonal performance bonus Join a fast-growing global brand in a booming outdoor category Work with a passionate international team and help shape the future of vanlife gear
