We’re looking for an Ecommerce Production Coordinator to join our Online Content team on a 12month fixed term contract. This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring our products shine online with accurate, inspiring and compliant content that drives sales and customer satisfaction What will you do? As an eCommerce Prouction Coordinator in our Online Content team you’ll: Coordinate the production, upload and maintenance of all digital product content across Target’s online store. Ensure products are ranged online accurately and on time, following style guides, compliance and legal requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, including photography studios and offshore content teams, to deliver enriched imagery and product copy. Optimise product content for conversion and SEO, making recommendations to improve customer engagement and add-to-cart rates. Analyse online performance results, identify opportunities and implement improvements when outcomes don’t meet expectations. Support the broader online product content strategy, working with Merchandise, Marketing, Technology and CX teams. Maintain product hierarchy and categorisation to ensure a seamless customer journey across devices. Build strong stakeholder relationships, educating teams on online processes and ensuring smooth upstream and downstream workflows. What are we looking for? A Diploma in Digital, Marketing, Business or Communications (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 1–3 years’ experience in ecommerce, retail or digital content production. Handson experience with product ranging, preparation and enrichment for ecommerce websites. Strong skills in MS Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables; SQL a plus) and working with large data sets. Experience with enterprise level Product Information Management (PIM), Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM). Knowledge of SEO and web copywriting for ecommerce, with a focus on optimisation for conversion. Understanding of ecommerce business operations, compliance and legal guidelines in Australia. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
