Description
The E-Commerce Project Manager will lead projects that optimize Omni Channel digital capabilities. This person will possess a strong wechat ecology and ecom project and supporting system management capability. Scope includes ECOM wechat flagship store, brand official website, DTC retail mini-program, order management system, and omni-channel product information/content and database management system. Candidates for this role will be accountable to a development future assumption and roadmap. 40% ECOM brandsite and wechat management 1. Responsible for the wechat and official website channel sales target achievement, through strategic oversight of monthly plans, encompassing product launches, brand calendars, and traffic conversion optimization. 2. Responsible for budget planning and execution to optimize user experience and brand SCRM, community and sports marketing cooperation, to drive traffic and sales. And prepare for new digital capability building. 3. Based on strong understanding of wechat consumer, sports industry and brand development, work with ECOM and Merch team, support line manager to work out sales plan for orderbook and go-to-market plan before each season. 4. Responsible for wechat channel performance marketing to maximize efficiency and scale, based on product assortment, brand campaign and wechat target audience. 5. Cooperate with ECOM marketing team to keep improving official site brand iconic. 30% Project owner of omni-channel digital capabilities 1. Work with DTC team and IT team for offline retail wechat stores for additional sales 2. Work with retail operation team, marketing CRM team and training team on wecom staff management with wecom tools 3. Support marketing team to optimize omni-channel social CRM, mainly on UX and UI design, in ECOM mini-program flagship store. And support future omnichannel CRM digital capability, which including database building, consumer tagging and sales contribution. 20% ECommerce Project Management 1. Owner of order management system enhancement, to support sales growth by improving stock efficiency, reducing cost, and optimize SOP. 2. Responsible for ECOM all AI projects, including customer service, content creation, wechat and brand site experience. 3. Owner of ECOM team AI related functions’ supporting system and make it as a hub for brand’s digital capability. 10% Energize DTC Business 1. Support line manager on operational excellence, including BI system set up and reporting, to empower sales team to optimize investment. 2. Optimize working process between brand and agency team by digital tools and key project/timeline management. 3. With the vision, lead to support various AI Digital Capabilities for HOKA future development.
