ECOMMERCE SALES EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a versatile individual with solid experience of working in a target driven sales environment. The role is primarily converting potential customers into sales both online and over the phone, handling inbound sales calls and reaching out to potential traders over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a keenness to learn and be highly money motivated. This role is based at our Preston Head Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound sales enquiries.
  • Consistently exceeding quarterly sales targets.
  • Making follow up calls to leads generated by social media and websites.
  • Converting leads into sales over the phone and online on a consistent basis.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
  • Keep up to date records of all contact made to potential and existing customers through our CRM system.
  • Making outbound calls to warm leads.
  • Creating accurate quotations and Invoicing.
  • Liaising with vendors and carriers regarding product deliveries.
  • Sourcing new leads through social media and online research.
  • Making outbound calls to tradespeople, canvassing our online trade programme.
  • Utilising all channels to interact with potential clients. i.e. social media, website, Whatsapp, marketplace, phone calls.
