Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

As the CISD (Construction Industries Services Division) ecommerce Sales Support Consultant, you are accountable for eCommerce Sales growth in the AME + CIS region, building effective Go-To-Market strategies for the field team to implement with the dealers. You are working in close collaboration with a variety of internal as well as dealer partners to deliver these targets and plans.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS PART OF OUR TEAM:

  • Achieve eCommerce growth targets: Activation of Customers Online, Online Sales, Customer Retention online
  • In collaboration with the global team, localize and communicate the digital USPs to address customer interests
  • Ensure dealers and internal teams understand the value of the Cat Digital ecosystem through appropriate engagement with different levels of the organization
  • Develop eCommerce campaigns together with the Product, Marketing Communications and Pricing teams (awareness, promotions, retention plans)
  • Support the field team in deploying eCommerce growth plans by dealer to achieve eCommerce targets
  • Develop the EAME customer appreciation and online retention program through effective project management across the enterprise
