We are looking for an eCommerce Specialist who thrives on data, insights and digital performance. In this role, you’ll turn complex retailer and marketplace data into clear commercial recommendations, working hands‑on with tools like Quantium and Circana Unify to influence real outcomes with Woolworths and Coles. You’ll also collaborate across teams to optimise performance across Amazon, quick‑commerce and emerging digital channels, making a tangible impact on how our brands win online. Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end eCommerce reporting and analytics across customers, platforms and categories, accurately and on time Turn online sales, media and execution data into clear insights that highlight growth opportunities and risks Drive digital shelf performance using data‑led insights across ranging, availability, content and execution standards Bring together multiple data sources: retailers, marketplaces, media and internal systems to power smarter decisions Support eCommerce account and marketplace activity across Amazon, quick‑commerce and emerging digital channels About you Advanced data analysis and reporting expertise, with confidence handling complex retailer and marketplace datasets. Hands‑on experience with Quantium (Woolworths) and Circana Unify+ (Coles), turning data into actionable insights Strong dashboarding and performance reporting skills that identify trends and support commercial decisions Ability to tell clear, persuasive stories with data and influence stakeholders through insight‑led recommendations.
