We’re looking for a detail-oriented digital creator who knows Shopify inside and out and can bring campaigns to life both on-site and in Klaviyo. This hybrid Atlanta-based role is perfect for someone who thrives on building, testing, and optimizing DTC shopping experiences that make customers feel good. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, collaborative, and strategically minded specialist to elevate our site performance, conversion, and customer journey across our Shopify Plus storefronts. Role Overview This role sits at the intersection of site operations, email execution, and digital experience optimization. You’ll manage daily operations of our DTC websites, build promotional emails in Klaviyo, and collaborate across teams to launch campaigns, implement CRO improvements, and ensure a seamless, high-performing shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Site Operations & Merchandising · Manage day-to-day Shopify Plus storefronts across multiple brands. · Launch new products, bundles, and promotions; maintain product catalog accuracy and site navigation. · Update homepage, banners, collections, and landing pages in line with marketing calendars. · Collaborate with Marketing and Creative on campaign execution and brand storytelling. Email Campaign Execution · Build and QA promotional and automated emails in Klaviyo, ensuring links, imagery, and messaging align with on-site promotions. · Implement email designs provided by Creative. · Coordinate timing of sends with site updates to ensure consistency across channels. Optimization & UX · Test and improve PDP layouts, navigation, and on-site search to drive CVR, AOV, and UPT. · QA site experiences regularly across desktop and mobile for speed, accessibility, and consistency. · Partner with dev agencies and internal teams to implement UX enhancements and bug fixes. Analytics & Continuous Improvement · Monitor site analytics and report on key metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, return rate). · Identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend data-backed improvements. · Support SEO and A/B testing initiatives as part of the CRO roadmap. Requirements Qualifications · 2–4 years in ecommerce operations, DTC merchandising, or digital marketing. · Hands-on proficiency in Shopify Plus (required). · Experience building emails in Klaviyo (preferred); no segmentation or automation management needed. · Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools. · Strong understanding of UX best practices and conversion-focused design. · Bonus: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, schema, or Liquid templating. · Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple brands and timelines.
