We have a great opportunity for an Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist on-site in Franklin, TN
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team and take ownership of our online merchandising strategy for our brands Including Cabinets to Go, Gracious Home, Thos Baker and others.
This individual will be responsible for assisting in the launch of all new product introductions, as well as the maintenance and accuracy of all products and programs on the company websites: Cabinets to Go, Gracious Home and Thos Baker. The position will report into the merchandising division but will also liaison with the marketing division.
Compensation Range: 45,000-55,000k
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
Proven experience managing a large product catalog and executing successful merchandising strategies.
Strong analytical and computer skills, with an ability to use data to drive decision making (must be proficient in excel)
Experience working with ecommerce platforms and web content management systems (CMS) Shopify and NetSuite would be a plus.
Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and departments.

Work with the merchant and sourcing teams to ensure that new products are seamlessly integrated into our website platforms and promoted effectively.
Manage and maintain our online product catalog, ensuring that all product information, pricing and imagery is accurate and up to date.
Assist in the SKU creation process: researching all product specifications, product information copy, and imagery to confirm accuracy and organize into templates for uploading and synching to the Shopify platform.
Become an expert in Cloudinary (digital assets management system) to collect, organize, resize and manage all imagery for each product.
Organize and maintain the vendor folders library in Cloudinary for ease and accessibility.
Troubleshoot with IT Support any issues with synching, and discrepancies as a result of communication between NetSuite and Shopify.
Collaborate with the merchant and marketing teams to create and execute online merchandising campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and category expansions and discontinuations.
Create and maintain price files to support major marketing events and ensure that all price updates are processed in a timely manner based on the marketing calendar.
Regularly audit the sites for accuracy.
Organize and reposition products for better presentation to highlight new introductions, best sellers and seasonal events.
Support merchandising, marketing, customer service and product teams by providing timely and accurate product information and resolving any website-related issues.
