This position offers the opportunity to engage in a collaborative environment where you will make a personal impact every day.  GNC is seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist, Testing to join our ecommerce team and help us drive continuous improvement across our online platforms. In this role, you will focus on testing strategies that enhance user experience, improve site performance, and increase conversion rates. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, experience in testing platforms, and sharp project management abilities to create measurable business impact. What You’ll Do: This is a Full-Time Salary Position The E-commerce Testing Specialist is responsible for driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) on GNC.com. This role owns the A/B and multivariate testing process end-to-end—including building hypotheses, managing prioritization, executing tests, and conducting post-test analysis. * Maintain and manage the testing roadmap and priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Own test execution in JIRA: define requirements, assign owners, set launch dates, and QA every release. * Develop test hypotheses informed by customer insights, site analytics, and business objectives. * Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across GNC.com to improve site performance. * Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, eCommerce, marketing, and development teams to prioritize and launch tests. * Monitor and analyze test results, translating insights into actionable recommendations. * Track, report, and continuously optimize KPIs such as: * Conversion rate * Add-to-cart rate * Engagement rate * Build dashboards and reports to communicate test learnings and performance to stakeholders. * Champion a data-driven culture by ensuring testing methodology and results are well-documented, transparent, and repeatable. * Additional duties as assigned.  Environmental Factors & Working Schedule: * Hybrid work environment, 2-3 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely. * Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear * Sedentary work. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in e-commerce with proven exposure to CRO or digital testing. * Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting data-driven insights. * Strong analytical mindset with experience in cohort analysis and web performance metrics. * Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools (Monetate strongly preferred; Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar a plus). * Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
