As Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting all facets of the online business. You will be expected to handle day to day operational tasks such product catalog management, site merchandising and upkeep as well as liaising with the customer service and IT development teams. Additionally, you will work hand in hand with the Head of Ecommerce in developing and implementing the digital strategy across all platforms, guiding the team in planning, development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy aimed at enhancing visibility, brand awareness, generating revenue and bringing the digital roadmap to life. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain master catalog and ensure that digital assets are virtually merchandised in an efficient manner. Assist with the adaptation of new technology including UAT, troubleshooting and documentation. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the ecommerce website. Troubleshoot order and customer issues and liaise with the customer service team as well as coordinate with IT development team to resolve said issues. Generate reports on product performance, consumer behavior and operational KPI’s. Brief the digital agency on paid search, display, shopping and social marketing campaigns in line with promotional calendar, and work with our digital partners in the optimization of campaigns Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital graphic assets required for the website and digital marketing campaigns. Oversee all digital marketing efforts including social media and online campaigns, email marketing and push notifications, as well as content marketing, SEO and SEM Collaborate with Marketing and contribute to a fully integrated digital marketing strategy including Email, Push, Social, Paid Search, SEO and Content Utilise web analysis to identify actionable improvements that can be made on YETI’s digital platforms to further drive conversion and traffic and manage the changes through end to end. Qualifications: At least 5 years’ experience in an eCommerce role within the retail industry or at an agency Sound experience using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar Strong understanding of Google Analytics Experience using Email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, Emarsys or similar. Experience with app push notifications a plus Proven experience in digital marketing including Paid Search, Social and Affiliate marketing Highly developed written and verbal communication skills Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications Experience in implementing and optimising ecommerce processes, workflows, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and accuracy Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Benefits & Perks: Click here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.
