The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for maintenance and optimizing the YETI ANZ eCommerce site for the Australia and New Zealand regions. The role requires an understanding of Shopify, SEO best practices, conversion optimization best practices, and the ability to use data and analytics to drive traffic, improve user experience, and increase revenue. The ecommerce Specialist will work closely with the marketing, customer care, operations, and product teams to ensure the website is up-to-date and aligned with the overall ecommerce strategy. Responsibilities: Drive Online Growth Execute eCommerce strategies to hit key KPIs: revenue, traffic, conversion rates, and AOV. Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep YETI at the forefront of digital commerce. Website Optimization & UX Conduct regular site audits to ensure functionality, speed, and SEO optimization. Test and refine product pages, checkout flows, and navigation to improve conversion and user experience. Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns that align with YETI’s brand and business goals. Site Maintenance & Operations Keep the site fresh with accurate product listings, imagery, pricing, and campaign updates. Manage daily site operations, including campaign execution, to ensure a smooth digital experience. Monitor site performance and resolve issues quickly to maintain reliability and security. Analytics & Insights Analyze site and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights and post-campaign analysis to inform future strategies. Support forecasting and inventory planning to optimize stock levels for online channels. Collaboration & Communication Partner with Marketing, Operations and Customer Service to deliver operational excellence. Communicate updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders. Share emerging trends and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications and Attributes: Degree qualification in Marketing, Business, or Information Technology preferred At least 3+ years in an eCommerce role, ideally with Shopify experience Strong understanding of SEO, conversion optimization, and eCommerce best practices Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) Understanding of web design, UX, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles Detail-oriented with exceptional proofreading and editing skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Marketing or Business degree/diploma preferred but not essential Benefits & Perks: Click here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.
