Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING



    • Be the custodian of digital trading performance by leading the weekly business review of our eComm platforms — connecting the dots across customer, category, and pet performance to surface key insights and opportunities.

    • Translate company priorities into on-site execution, owning the setup and optimisation of site real estate, digital merchandising, and off-platform CRM levers to deliver the next best action for every pet parent.
    • Personalise the customer journey by configuring segmentation and algorithm rules that dynamically surface the right products and offers based on customer, pet, and behavioural attributes.
    • Champion continuous improvement through data-driven experimentation — designing and running A/B tests to optimise conversion, engagement, and the effectiveness of our digital assets.
    • Partner with internal teams across CRM, Category, Product, and Marketing to deliver cohesive campaigns, define retail media opportunities, and ensure all initiatives are aligned to customer and commercial goals.
    • Innovate with impact, identifying and trialling emerging tools like AI and machine learning to improve the relevance, scalability, and automation of how we trade online.
    • Own and evolve the ‘run’ function of our digital assets — ensuring day-to-day execution is seamless, measurable, and fuels stronger loyalty and lifetime value.

    ROLE LOCATION

    We believe that building connections and collaborating as Pet Circlers is super important. So this role is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days per week in our pet friendly offices (your pet might love coming to the office even more than you). This is subject to change in line with business requirements.
