Description

We are looking for a hardworking and skilled Trade Marketeer for a fixed term contract until July 2026 . Based in our Slough Head Office, to lead and support the delivery of retail marketing strategies and campaigns , in a robust commercial business unit with a wonderful brand. Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ‘below the line’ (BTL) Adult and Preschool campaign planning and retail executions for all channels.
  • Local deployment and adaptation of regionally created campaigns ensuring that they are implem en ted ‘through the line’.
  • Set the strategic trade marketing direction and planning for the eCommerce channel to achieve maximum brand and commercial impact.
  • Coach and support an Ass ociate Trade Marketing Manager to ensure retail execution excellence in the eCommerce Channel.
  • Responsibility for planning and designing retail media strategy for trade marketing plans.
  • Own a £2m+ budget, driving effective spend across themes and customers driving key marketing objectives and ensuring strong return on investment
  • Develop the team in trade marketing eCommerce planning, executions, and innovations
  • Evaluation of key BTL campaign executions to ensure a continuous improvement approach and achieve the strongest possible return on investment.
