We are current seeking an eCommerce Trade & Web Merchandising Specialist where you will be responsible for the execution and optimisation of the AU and NZ websites and ensuring seamless campaign and promotion launches, enhancing site performance and driving conversion through strategic merchandising and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure coherent launch of promotions and campaigns through expert use of our web merchandising and content tools
  • Adaptation of global guidelines to fit local assortment and campaigns (on e-store)
  • Conduct UAT and support the launch of new digital features and enhancements.
  • Support Trade Senior manager in developing and scaling commercial insights to boost conversion, basket and sales.
  • Maximize site performance by optimizing onsite search, sorting rule and product recommendations.
  • Support Trade Senior Manager in revenue forecasting, identifying potential gaps in performance.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Identify underperforming categories or SKUs and recommend actions to improve sell-through and margin contribution.
  • Evaluate the consumer and website behavior to find related and unrelated patterns and propose tests to increase conversion
