Are you an eCommerce Manager with experience managing online retail sales and merchandising? We’re looking for an enthusiastic person to help realise the potential of PSN’s global eCommerce function and drive it forward. You will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the day-to-day management of our online shops through Shopify. This means optimising an end-to-end trading plan to deliver profitable growth for our eCommerce business, as well as delivery of new products and overseeing the product supply chain.
Our online brands are Global Cycling Network (GCN), Global Mountain Bike Network (GMBN), Global Tri Network (GTNM) and Electric Mountain Bike Network (EMBN), all selling a range of branded merchandise through our 2 online stores, GCN and GMBN.
We are passionate about creating the best online experience for our fans across the globe to ensure the sites continue to grow in reach and revenue. Therefore, you will need to be prepared to be hands-on in all elements of online retail; the role covers everything from new product development to merchandising, from analytics and performance reporting to strategic planning.
The role reports directly to the Strategy & Insights Director. You’ll also have the opportunity to liaise with a variety of people across the business. Being able to negotiate, network and collaborate effectively with colleagues and suppliers to develop existing and new plans for our online shops is key.
