E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a MID Latin America Economic Analyst to join our team in Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official. Job Responsibilities: Analyze defense budgets and related spending to detem1ine force affordability and defense funding and produce all-source, finished intelligence on global defense economics in support of warfighters, policymakers and the acquisition community. Maintains and updates related data in the IC's authoritative database for worldwide defense spending. Conducts research and analysis of foreign economic influence. Responsible for analyzing economic vulnerabilities to identity leverage points and identifying emerging economic issues and their impact on foreign internal stability. Familiarity with a wide range of publicly available economic data. Conduct analysis on the effectiveness of sanctions, international sanctions compliance, and target country's ability to evade or circumvent sanctions; includes analysis on the emergence of evasions methods such as digital and cryptocurrencies and alternate financial systems. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+years of equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and input to IC databases Experience with Microsoft Office and IC Databases Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings Knowledge of macroeconomics and financial markets Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Security clearance at the appropriate level. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with economic analysis support in the IC macroeconomics Knowledge of data science principles and databases, including SQL Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards To Apply for this Position: You must have the Minimum Qualifications in your resume to be selected as a candidate.
