Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Economics, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree - Proven experience in counseling, social services, or economic development - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport - Knowledge of financial literacy, budgeting, credit repair, and employment resources - Ability to assess client needs and develop practical, achievable plans - Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others improve their economic circumstances - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software - Bilingual abilities are a plus
